Rick May

Rick May is a distinguished retired Army officer and pilot who has dedicated his life to service and care. He graduated with a Master’s degree (cum laude) from Norwich University, where he honed his leadership skills and commitment to excellence. In 2015, leveraging his extensive military experience and passion for helping others, Rick founded his own in-home care company, Ability In Home Care.

Under Rick’s visionary leadership, Ability In Home Care has flourished, becoming a beacon of quality and compassion in the community. One of his proudest achievements is securing a Veterans Affairs (VA) contract, which allows his company to provide exceptional care to local veterans and seniors. Rick’s dedication to serving those who have served our country is evident in every aspect of his business.

Rick is a devoted family man, married with two daughters and a stepson. His wife is an accomplished Registered Nurse (RN) at a major hospital in Jacksonville, FL, and is currently a full-time graduate student pursuing her Master’s in Nursing Science (MSN) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Together, Rick and his wife bring a powerful combination of expertise and experience to the in-home care industry, ensuring that Ability In Home Care delivers unparalleled service.
